IRI Pattern Error

Improve the error message when the IRI pattern doesn’t match. Perhaps include the list of known patterns.

This would help solve the recent issues with the Ensembl transcript pattern changing from ```http://purl.uniprot.org/ensembl/$id``` to ```http://purl.uniprot.org/ensembl.transcript/$id```.
