Docker: Pathway By compound count is always 818 #7
Description
When using pathways/byCompound/count on the docker image, the reply is always 818, even when the pathway count should be 0 or should be 45.
This means that in Explorer the compounds will always claim to have 818 pathways. Targets claim to always have 1379 pathways - so this bug also applies to /pathways/byTarget/count
