The website docs are extensive and in-depth, but incomplete or outdated in several areas:
- User guide pages for ingestion, processing, and downstream analysis had minimal content
- Contributing guides showed Viash 0.8 syntax (platforms:) — outdated since the 0.9.x migration
- No guide existed for creating new pipelines/workflows
- The architecture page was dense with auto-generated diagrams that were hard to maintain and didn't convey the big picture well
