[WISH][UI Layers Browser] Add server UI layers

Currently, only Playground ManiaApp layers are visible in the UILayers Browser.

Could be nice to also have gamemode layers (CurrentPlayground -> Interface -> UIConfig -> [0] -> UILayers) and also the server controllers layers (iirc, there is an hidden function in openplanet for this) 😁

there are no server controller layers. There are only server controler pages, which don't have source code and other things. They are visible under scene explorer

You can try on the servers "Physics Controller", "LMS" or "F247"

yeah, CGameNetwork::GetManialinkPages() returns only Pages and not scripts
