I am the creator of scPRINT and I have seen that scPRINT was not able to run on this benchmark.
I wanted to know if / how I could help. I tried to have a look at the repo to see and debug the script but couldn't find it.
It seems strange to me that scPRINT couldn't be run since it is currently running on github's CI servers.

If you have installed from pypi directly, there was a bug with a previous version of scprint (2.0.0 and 2.1.0) which is now solved.
I would still recommend to use a dev install with git cloning the repo
