Can OpenPST/Sahara Be Used to Add Frequency Bands to an Xperia 1 VI?

I’m an American who wants to buy an Xperia 1 VI, or maybe an Xperia 1 VII, depending on when I choose to buy.

My problem is that OOTB, the Xperia phones aren’t programmed to use all of the frequency bands they should for use in the US. The modem can handle those frequencies, but I need a way to add them.

First Check the NV Memory Access in OpenPST

Open OpenPST Qualcomm NV Manager

Click Read NV Items and search for band settings, typically found in NV items:
NV_UE_BAND_CAPABILITY
NV_LTE_BC_CONFIG
NV_GSM_BAND_PREF
NV_WCDMA_BAND_PREF

if it is redable then you can modify it.
