PYNQ v3.1.x unsupported

QICK does not yet support the latest release of PYNQ v3.1.2.
Creating this issue to track progress on this.
I imagine this is due to changes in the PYNQ API. Perhaps a developer can comment more.

Nothing to add to what I said in #373 - we don't support v3.1 of the PYNQ library, and the v3.1.1 PYNQ Linux SD card images are buggy. The quick-start guide (https://docs.qick.dev/latest/quick_start.html) already says to use a v2.7 or v3.0.1 SD image; thanks for your PR, I will review it.

@meeg can we check the PYNQ version when the qick library is imported and error out with a clear message indicating that an unsupported version of PYNQ is used if that's the case?
