Ensure recipe marketplace ADR is accurate

Right now, the recipe marketplace CSV ADR has a couple of issues. There are columns that are listed as optional that aren't - and there is a column that need to have its names changed for clarity. We should ensure that this document is accurate and fix the code if it's wrong or does not match this ADR.

Columns that are marked as optional that shouldn't be

• displayName
• description
• recipeCount
• category1, category2, ..., categoryN
• category1Description, category2Description, ..., categoryNDescription
• options

Column to change

• team - proposed change would be to organization

I spent some time looking through the code and I can confirm that only name, packageName, and ecosystem are required.

• displayName falls back to name if none is provided
• description defaults to an empty string if none is provided
• recipeCount defaults to 1
• estimatedEffortPerOccurrence, version, requestedVersion, and team all are labeled as @Nullable
• options defaults to an empty list - along with dataTables
• category defaults to nothing - and we have tests that demonstrate it works with nothing

I'm not sure what the path forward should be here. Maybe I'm just misunderstanding something or not looking in the right places?
