Configure TCCL in InMemoryLargeSourceSet to enable ServiceLoader

What's changed?

Forward ClassLoader to SourceFileWithReferences to enbale the used ServiceLoader to load classes from the recipe classpath.

What's your motivation?

Make Providers available that are defined in external recipe artifacts loaded at runtime.
