Hi All
Sorry for this hit and run issue
but I can't look into where it should go.
We import ero.owl for dipper models
ero.owl borrows SWO terms
the IRI http://www.ebi.ac.uk/efo/swo/SWO_0000012
do not resolve, so no ground truth
in ontobee_SWO http://www.ebi.ac.uk/efo/swo/SWO_0000012 is for "Java"
in ontobee_ERO http://www.ebi.ac.uk/efo/swo/SWO_0000012 is for "AMDIS"
in the ero.owl file we use, it has both
meanwhile back in sourceforge...
https://sourceforge.net/projects/theswo/files/
says it is "AMDIS"
have not located a source with a single 'Java' yet (stopped trying)
I doubt any of these matter in dipper but staunching the nonsense would be good.
