Gentle reminder emails

Reminder emails to be sent to requesters to complete/ extend projects before it is autocompleted on given deadline.
backend- Quarkus cronjob to send periodic emails for projects reaching deadline.

• Cronjob to run daily and loop over all project to check their deadline

Reminders to send for:

1. Invitation link expiration - send to SR's one day before link is expired
2. Resource request SLA (72 hours) - send to managers before the SLA of request is reached, post that escalate to next level.
3. Project completion date - send to requester 3 days + 1 day before due date.
4. Project feedback- send to requester 3 days + 1 day before due date, post that escalate to SR manager then to next level
5. Project extension SLA (24 hours) - send to managers before the SLA of request is reached, post that escalate to next level.

Estimation - 4-5 days
