Removing license scan

Since my GitHub account is no longer associated with this repository, I'm removing the corresponding Fossa project.

Seeing as this code only depends on libxml2, license scans here have always succeeded. If you want license scanning in the future to be safe when making changes, I suggest you create a new Fossa project.
