Feature request: Make it possible to change upload/download speeds from a right-click list on the status bar

A feature I'm missing from Transmission Remote GUI is the ability to set the upload/download speed by right-click on the status bar on the upload/download speed. that would pop-up a list of (configurable) speeds and you pick one.

btw, what does that Show global speeds checkbox do? aside from the icon showing, I don't see anything different when it's on or off.

I'm not specifically asking to replicate that specific implementation, just if possible to make changing the speeds quick and easy from the main screen, somehow, without digging into option panels.

Normally the speeds show only cumulative rate of shown torrents so if you have some filters enabled you will only see speed that those torrents are uploaded/downloaded. Enabling global speeds makes it so the shown speeds are always total of all torrents, regardless of selected filters.

Does the alternate speed button not serve your use case? Do you need more than 2 quick settings?

My actual network speed varies so being able to tweak it manually comes in handy when I'd like to max out the throughput for torrenting while still being able to watch someting on youtube/twitch (or both).
I experimented with uTP, but that didn't work so well for me.
