Feature request: Tooltip status bubble onmouseover of tray icon in windows

Currently does nothing when you mouseover the tray icon. Would it be possible to add things like currently downloading and seeding torrent numbers and upload/download speeds and an option to not open the interface when a torrent is added?

Yes. I don't think tauri supports old school bubbles, only small tooltips but at least it's something.

In theory yes, in practice no. Frontend needs to load for this.
