I would like to nominate Andriy Redko @reta as a maintainer for the OpenSearch jVector plugin repository.

He has contributed in various areas of opensearch-core and is a current maintainer of the opensearch project. In addition, he has also made several contributions to the opensearch jvector plugin project:

Fix BWC tests which haven't been run
opensearch-project/opensearch-jvector#237

Include AdditionalCodecs argument to allow additional Codec registration
opensearch-project/opensearch-jvector#250

Increment opensearch-jvector version to 3.3.2.1
opensearch-project/opensearch-jvector#252
