[Discover-Next][UI] Total hits left of the date histogram

Notice 443 hits to the left the histogram

Requirements

• Verify with UX if this is what we actually want to do
• Questions to UX
  • the mocks display a small number, however in prod like clusters, a single index can yield a result of a million hits. based on the mocks it would seem the date position will shift based on the number of digits returned i can see that being frustrating
  • Indices can have no timestamps, on Discover this is what users see:
    • 
    • Notice that there is no histogram
    • Do we still want combine these items on the same lines?
• If we do decide to move forward on this then we should toggle off the existing Discover setting
