Allow to modify tenant name

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Right now tenant name is not modifiable after it is created. If I wanted to change it's name I will have to create a new tenant. The problem with this is I cannot copy all the dashboards, visualizations, etc from old tenant to the new tenant. So it will be helpful if we have a feature to modify the tenant name.

Describe the solution you'd like

My expectation would be to have additional field "id" in the tenant object in along with "name" and "description" fields. So that we can keep the id value same but still can update name.
