Custom role get overwritten without warning

Describe the bug

Whenever a user creates 2 new roles with the same name, the old one gets overwritten without any warning or notification.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Security -> Roles
2. Click on Create new role
3. Fill in the web form
4. Save it
5. Create a new role with the exact same name
6. Check the first one was overwritten

Expected behavior
The user should at least be notified and the action should be confirmed.
