[Agentic Search] Improve integration with models/connectors

Several enhancements can be made regarding user-defined models and connector blueprints, including:

• improving documentation on known, working examples as they pertain to agentic seach
• deep-linking to these examples ^ on the UI
• having drill-down views into the user-selected models/connectors from the UI, via a modal or flyout
