[FEATURE] AG-UI support in Agent framework

AG-UI standardizes how AI agents connect to frontend user interface. As OpenSearch Dashboards is looking to add context/tools support over AG-UI (#10571, #10585), we should implement AG-UI support in ml-commons Agent Framework.
