Introduce a new FeedbackActor to OSB, whose purpose is to drive load testing on OpenSearch clusters.

Describe the solution you'd like

This FeedbackActor should have a message queue handling system, with logic to handle error messages from individual clients during runtime. It should also have the ability to control the number of clients running during a load test, using shared dictionaries implemented using Python's multiprocessing library.
