Integration of SDG and Streaming Ingestion

### Description

Streaming ingestion and Synthetic Document Generation are available as distinct, standalone features in OSB 2.0.  Users will often want to use them in conjunction -- generate an infinite stream of documents to be continually ingested into their target system.

This issue is to track this seamless integration of these two features.
