fix(osapilint): drop 135 removed union types from surface_v5.json

Regenerate the v5 endpoint surface against the current opensearchapi package:
2,157 structs become 2,055, replacing the field-derived union names with the
schema-derived ones. isPointer stays absent.

The v4 -> v5 hop reads this surface, so the stale entries made it rewrite
consumer code to types the target no longer declares.
