Public ECR image for RFS

We currently have use case to run RFS standalone without rest of the migrations infra. We are building from source and pushing to our private ECR repo for now.

It would be great if RFS images are available under public ECR. Similar to other images from opensearch - https://gallery.ecr.aws/opensearchproject?page=1

My team also has a use case for standalone RFS components. Until a public image becomes available, we'll need to implement the same workflow as kanatti's team - building from source and pushing to private ECR.
