ConfigMap created by setup-s3-ack-controller.sh is missing some values

The ConfigMap created by the script is missing some values, and therefore, the ACK S3 operator pods are not starting. This can be fixed by adding two required values to ConfigMap:

  FEATURE_FLAGS: ''
  FEATURE_GATES: ''

Actually it looks like only FEATURE_GATES is required, but per ACK documentation (https://aws-controllers-k8s.github.io/community/docs/user-docs/openshift/) also FEATURE_FLAGS should be used.
