The Pod log window currently auto-scrolls to the bottom when new content arrives.
When looking at the upper part of the window, we don't want the current position to change.
Auto-scroll should work only when the cursor is at the bottom of the window.
And we want a button to show the artifacts plain text in a separate window (ie, same behavior as OCP Console)
