Regenerate state machine docs/graphs (#7416)

Some bug fixes to the doc generation:

- Since sverweij/state-machine-cat#224 smcat
  requires us to give each transition an ID (that's unique). Adjusted
  the jq queries to do that

- Some e.g. transition types had the same name as e.g. states. This
  caused markdown links to lead to the wrong section. I've added a
  prefix to disambiguate

- Regenerated to reflect the latest state machines code
