Missing annotation info in HCP disconnected baremetal instructions

At the following ref, there are instructions to pull an operator release image for use in an annotation for a new HostedCluster deployment.
The actual annotation to use is not mentioned, nor is there an example of applying the annotation using oc annotate.

Hey @cwilkers, when you say HyperShift Operator release you was mean CPO release? (In order to override the CPO version)

I am not sure, this issue was raised because if you try to follow the disconnected baremetal instructions, you are told to annotate the HC, but the annotation you are meant to apply is missing.

Ohh ok, that annotation is not needed anymore. That only applies to the 4.14.0 version that was released with a bug. This annotation is not needed anymore.
