Korrel8r links to alerts show platform alerts only, user alerts are hidden

Korrel8r can now find user workload alerts as well as platform alerts.
The korell8r console links still include the "platform" filter, so user alerts are invisible until this is manually disabled.
Fix so that all alerts are visible in korrel8r searches.
