[Feature request] Have somewhere the version information

### Problem Description
When running BK7231Flasher.exe, there is no possibility to check what version is currently running.

### Proposal
Have the information:
- on title bar (BK7231 Easy UART Flasher **vnnn** - Automatically ...), or
- on "Documentation/Tutorials" page, or
- on "Help contact" page, or
- on a new "About" page
