DataAdapter and DataTable example do not work in the installation

The DataAdapter and DataTable examples do not work in the installed copy of OpenSim. The CMakeLists.txt is not for an independent example, and the DataAdapter example depends on nonexistent data files.

Looks like it's still an issue. Tested on OpenSim 4.1 distribution on Windows 10 Pro with CMake 3.15.2.

• Both examples' CMakeLists.txt are not setup for independent projects.
• CMakeLists.txt for DataAdapter references non-existent files
• By inspection, looks like 3 files in DataAdapter refer to other files that do not exist
• CMake throws some warnings that no cmake_minimum_required command is present.

Output below is after placing the source folders for DataAdapter in C:/scratchspace/DataAdapter and DataTable in C:/scratchspace/DataTable

CMake output for DataAdapter:

CMake Warning (dev) in CMakeLists.txt:
  No project() command is present.  The top-level CMakeLists.txt file must
  contain a literal, direct call to the project() command.  Add a line of
  code such as

    project(ProjectName)

  near the top of the file, but after cmake_minimum_required().

  CMake is pretending there is a "project(Project)" command on the first
  line.

CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:4 (file):
  file COPY cannot find
  "C:/scratchspace/DataAdapter/OpenSim/Common/Test/dataWithNaNsOfDifferentCases.trc".


CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:10 (file):
  file COPY cannot find
  "C:/scratchspace/DataAdapter/OpenSim/Tests/ExampleMain/std_tugOfWar_forces.mot".

We can copy how the other examples provide CMakeLists for the installation, or replicate what Moco does to automatically generate such CMakeLists using CMake macros.
