InverseDynamicsTool cannot read coordinates_file using full path column labels for joint coordinates

I wanted to run InverseDynamicsTool on a results file generated using the StatesReporter, however, the InverseDynamicsTool can only read coordinates_files that have the columns labeled with only the coordinate name.

Since full paths (/jointset/gnd_pelvis/pelvis_tilt) and full paths with value (/jointset/gnd_pelvis/pelvis_tilt/value) are now common in 4.0+ the reader should be updated to accept these files.

Example warning that is thrown with full path used:
InverseDynamicsTool: coordinate file does not contain coordinate pelvis_list assuming default value
