Compilation and ctest on Linux (Ubuntu 18.04)

The ctest for the python modules fails with the current instructions on the main page, as needed libraries from opensim cannot be found. A working solution for me was to install first (make -j8 install), then add <open_sim_install>/lib/ to LD_LIBRARY_PATH and then running the ctest.

@kingjin94 comment saved me! It's not documented anywhere (that I could find) that we need to modify the LD_LIBRARY_PATH to have the /lib/ files included properly when installing the python wrappers.
