Can't control visualization of Ellipsoid Joint

This appears more involved and more importantly doesn't affect the scapulothoracic joint which doesn't provide any custom visuals. Will table for now. Longer term these uncommon scenarios could be handled by enabling scripting shell access to visuals in order to hide/show/change-attributes
