Might be true for other Set's as well, but when a Set is only added through the bindings, like SetMarkerSet, it can be difficult to find this class for MATLAB/Python users. In particular, SetMarkerWeights is intended to be used, as it is in an example.
Some sets like OrientationWeightSet do show up in Doxygen since it's defined in C++ here. It could be helpful to do this for other Set's that users interface with often.
