Plotting utility for generic OpenSim file formats

We currently have a Python utility to automatically create a PDF report given a MocoTrajectory. We should expand this utility or create new utility to support all common OpenSim data files. This is already somewhat complete based on the plotting features recently added to AddBiomechanics, but would need some refinement.
