[Feature Request] minimize controls derivatives in Moco

Hi, as far as I explored Moco options, I couldn't find any to minimize the derivatives of controls. There is evidence that this could help convergence and smoothness [Link]. For example, new methods like set_minimize_controls_derivatives and set_controls_derivatives_weight in MocoCasADiSolver. Thank you.
