Description
MocoControlGoal is one of the most commonly used MocoGoals and is used to minimize excitations, but currently the best way to minimize muscle excitation is to use MocoSumSquaredStateGoal, which is not very obvious.
Adding a MocoActivationGoal, or maybe a MocoStateGoal, would make this more directly clear to users.
