Sign OSX Package

As of the current 4.6 beta, trying to open the package on osx produces security warning. Possibly related issue is that some folders under the distro are not writable.
Possible subissues:

1. Include jvm that runs the application without security warning
2. Fix permissions on the opensim-viewer folder
3. Test install for all users as opposed to individual user
