WEB UI - Add the ability to install plugin through web

Should involve a file upload dialog, then replicating existing code from the manager. It would be nice if you could choose to enable the plugin at point of install.

Ideally I would like to be able to install plugins directly from the OSA web site. Having an upload option would be good too, but the bee's knees would be to pull in the available plugins from the OSA site directly into the user's Web UI and have them be able to install directly from there. Also adding the option to update plugins the same way would be pretty sweet.

I think the plugins page should show plugins for clients as well as servers, and that the plugin install code should actually be added to the service for the client and server. A WCF call passing the plugin package could then be added to the services to allow them to install plugins that way whether a GUI or web UI wanted to install plugins it can pass the responsibility onto the service. What that also allows is for the Web UI to install plugins on clients as well

The new manager has UDP support, so calling the package install code should be easy. Getting the package on the machine and passing that path would have to be designed still.

I have a bigger issue with knowing which packages should be available. If you are running an old version of OSA, the new plugins maybe not work, so we should not be recommending package upgrades, like I have seen in some of the code. I will play with this and maybe just pass a link to the Manager of where to pull the plugin instead of trying to send the plugin over UDP... We'll see.

Also, installing a plugin has a couple of visual prompts/notification. We will have to make it fully automatic to be done remotely. And success/fail will have to be relayed in the logs and maybe a speech confirmation from the main service..

Has there been any progress on this yet?
I know the plugins page is now gone, but I was wondering if anyone has tried to add the Plugin Installation process to the WebUI?
