New page idea: Old jobs listings #436

Currently if you want to check the old listing from the OSD jobs page you have to know to go into the jobs repo and look in the jobs folder (https://github.com/opensourcedesign/jobs/tree/master/jobs) and then look through each of the listings to find old jobs vs. new/currently active jobs.

It could be beneficial for many users e.g. new jobs posters looking for inspiration on how to write a job post for something that isn't a current job and wants to see what other people have written before them, also useful for the OSD community to see what has come before and also is a nice promotional page for how many jobs we've had submitted over the years and their success rates(?)

I was thinking we could create a jobs page that uses the same code/layout of the existing jobs page but shows the 'solved' and 'closed' jobs instead. https://github.com/opensourcedesign/jobs/blob/master/index.html

I think linking it via text link at the bottom (or top) of the current jobs page would be good to link the 'past jobs' page from.
