@groups messages ignore/remove colon after group name

@anniegreens pointed out that in IRC people tend to put colons after whoever they're talking to, which makes groups messaging break because it expects a space to signify the end of a group name. We should fix the regex to ignore colons, commas, and other potential special characters that may appear when people are directing a message to a group.
