• Resupply or Next facility visit is the third task in the family planning follow-up visit. It is a required task for the CHW to record before the visit can be submitted. It always appears in the family planning visit for those where: {fp_method_accepted} = "Female condom", "Male condom",
• The task is called "Resupply" when {fp_method_accepted} = "Female condom", "Male condom"

Once task is completed:

• If no_condoms has a value record, the color is green. Otherwise yellow.
• The text under the completed task should be:
