Implement the Family Planning profile for male #81
Description
- Back arrow or device back button takes user to the previous page they were viewing. If coming from the family profile page, the label should be "Return to family members"; if coming from the FP register list, the label should be "Return to all family planning clients"
- Top right 3 dots menu opens menu of options (Update the drop down for client profile page to include family planning registration #5 )
- Take the avatar or image of the woman from their profile from their registration
- Text under profile:
First Row: {first_name} {middle_name} {surname}, {age}
Second Row: {sex} [interpunct] {village_town} [interpunct] ID: {opensrp_id} - Record family planning follow-up visit button row (Implement the Family planning follow-up visit button for males - CHW #72 )
- Medical history row ( Implement the medical history for male - CHW #74 )
- Family planning method row (Implement the family planning method row for male #71 )
- Upcoming services row (Implement family planning upcoming services page for male - CHW #69 )
- Family has services due/overdue row (already implemented)
- Call FAB (Implement Call FAB Widget for male - CHW #68 )
- Refer to facility FAB (Implement the refer to facility FAB for males - CHW #70 )
- This profile should appear both from the FP register and from the All Families register.
