Migrate CI from Travis to Github Actions

Travis-CI has been deprecated from our build system, we need to configure Github Actions CI to execute unit tests and submit test coverage to Coveralls

• Create coveralls token secret in project settings
• Add Github Action CI Configuration file
• Update project ReadME - replace Travis badge with Github Actions Badge
