Disabled iBabs sites that are not present anymore in the APIs

For the following iBabs sites an Invalid site! error is returned. They have now been disabled.

• dronten
• heeze_leende
• oostzaan

Dronten moved to GO, but I don't know what's going on with Heeze Leenden, Oostzaan and Cranendonck. The source files don't seem to have any issues:

• Heeze-Leende: still at https://heezeleende.bestuurlijkeinformatie.nl/ (which means the ibabs_sitename is also still heezeleende)
• Cranendonck: same!
• Oostzaan: same!
