Steps to reproduce:

Expected behavior:

The row should be removed at real time in the UI table.

Actual behavior:

The row is not getting deleted at real time in the UI table.

Environment

OpenStatus live environment.

Another issue with the table + update icon. It is also not updating at real time unless refreshing the page.

@mxkaske I think we would also fix this as currently it doesn't update at real time. We need to refresh the page for the action to be registered in UI.

This is a very bad experience for the user.
