Can the keymap be set with {plover:set_config:...}?

{plover:set_config:...} is documented in https://plover.wiki/index.php/Dictionary_Format#Plover_Control_Commands .

(Looks impossible, because it is serialized, while you need to call update() with a string containing a keymap object to make it work?)
