Now you can only select existing ssh key from api and put secret key, to upload it inside rancher internals, so need to have ability to create new ssh key from your inputs

• add method eg. createKey to opentelekomcloud.ts
• add switch to create key from your files - which sets if success keypairName and privateKeyFile
