Align naming of HC root links

Similar to IaaS and other categories the "Services" is usually not used,
Target is to harmonize Help-Center with categories names in Console like: Application, Containers, Databases

Thanks for the hint, we are currently going to automate the header links over all Helpcenter instances. We will introduce your proposed change as well. Thanks for the hint.

This is already fixed in main branch and will be rolled out with release 1.13.0 from otcdocstheme :)
